The problem
Merchants needed a single place to track orders from checkout through fulfilment instead of stitching that view together across spreadsheets and separate tools.
Approach
Built the backend services and a merchant-facing dashboard covering order intake, status transitions, and fulfilment tracking, with the data model and auth designed to support multiple merchants on shared infrastructure.
Outcome
Running in production for real order volume, with the dashboard as the merchant's day-to-day operational surface.
